Hungarian Palachintas

Similar to crepes, stuffed with sweetened cottage cheese or jam

Ingredients
  

  •  1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar - can choose to add more or less per taste
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix sugar, flour, and eggs together
  • Add milk to thin the mixture until it is the consistency of a cream soup
  • Add vanilla
  • In a greased pan, pour in the mixture as a thin layer, similar to pouring in pancakes (very thin)
  • Turn over a let brown some until it looks firm enough to pick up
  • Once darkened to your taste, fill with sweetened cottage cheese or jam, and roll over so it is a complete package (like a tortilla)
