A few things to check before uploading the ads
Please check the actual dimension and size (weight) of the ad. File weight must be under 140kb. To check the dimensions and weight, save the file to your computer, then click (once) on the file in the folder it was saved in and then you can see the dimensions and file weight size at the bottom of the folder window. If the dimensions are wrong or the file weighs too much, please ask your clients to revise.

Supply any instructions in the Misc Notes field. If supplying Excel docs for geofence zip codes, those can be uploaded here as well.

Due to security concerns, we DO NOT allow ZIP files to be uploaded. If you have a zip file, please extract the files and then drag and drop all the files onto the form where it says “Drop Files Here”. A new form submission for each ad file is not required.
